Step 2 • Choose your dimensions

Select your dimensions from each template's recommended sizing list. Looking for bespoke dims? Choose 'Tailored' for a bespoke combination, designed to fit you. Can't find what you're looking for? Get in touch here to talk about creating something special

Step 3 • Place your order

You've selected your template and chosen your dimensions, so hit that order button and let us welcome you to the Crew.

Within 24 hours*

We'll contact you to confirm the details of your custom surfboard. Our team will talk through your order, making sure everything's sweet before sanding blocks hit foam. Yeah, you can get excited now. 

*Mon-Fri. Order over the weekend and it might be Monday before we call.

Shipping

We ship boards everywhere. You'll find delivery prices and options on AW Store. In the UK? Choose our tracked courier, or collect your Airwave from our factory. Your location not listed? Shout us for a bespoke shipping estimate.

Within 4-5 weeks

Your custom surfboard will be ready for shipping - we'll send you a tracking number before it's shipped, and you'll have your hands around the rails of your new custom surfboard. Enjoy, and make sure to share your new whip via #myAW.
