This time last year, we hadn't. We'd heard of Ulus, Padang Padang, Super Suck. Heard the stories of spitting barrels, of grinding, mechanical reefs and complementary Indo tattoos. You've seen that Rip Curl Search shot from the Bukit right? Legendary status in our minds. We had to go.
